Select "Add to Cart" and you will be prompted with a brief form that will assist me in understanding your creative needs.
Email thealchemistateliercompany@gmail.com with the reference images you would like used for the painting.
Any additional details or concerns will be addressed together, and your painting will begin.
Please note that payment is due in full before any conceptual work or painting can begin.

Upon receipt of payment and your reference photo, the painting process will begin. Please include as many details as possible in your checkout notes or follow-up email, especially if you require any changes from the original image. Thorough communication upfront is vital, because painting requires precise technical execution; mid-process revisions are costly and will extend your delivery timeline.
Estimated Timeline
As a technical artist, I deeply respect the meticulous process required to build a new artwork from scratch. Please allow roughly 2 weeks to 1 month from your purchase date for your custom commission to be completed.
Final Approval & Revisions
Once your painting is complete, a high-resolution image will be emailed to you for final approval.
Included: Your purchase includes one round of reasonable revisions to ensure you love the piece.
Additional Changes: Any subsequent revisions or major adjustments will incur an additional fee and must be paid in full before the artwork is shipped.
Drying Time & Safe Transit:
It is vital that your painting is completely dry after its time in the studio is complete to ensure the safe transit of your precious artwork.
Processing Time: Please allow 3–5 business days for your artwork to be securely packaged and prepared for transit.
Tracking Included: As soon as your piece ships, a confirmation email containing your tracking number will be sent automatically so you can follow its journey.
Safe Transit: All paintings are cushioned with professional-grade protective padding and shipped in heavy-duty, crush-resistant boxes to ensure they arrive in perfect studio condition.
Shipping Cost & Protection: Packaging and shipping large-scale original art requires specialized, heavy-duty boxes and extensive protective cushioning to prevent bending or structural damage in transit. Because carriers bill large dimensions at higher premium rates, shipping costs reflect the exact price of ensuring your piece is fully insured, securely handled, and guaranteed to arrive in flawless studio condition.
